Amanda Peralta, LSW (She/Her)

I am a Social Worker, Advocate and Military Veteran. I am a skilled and dedicated social worker with expertise in mental health, case management, and social advocacy. I am experienced in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, and am committed to assisting clients in developing and promoting emotional wellness. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming and strive to ensure my clients feel safe, heard and respected.

 

I connect with my clients using evidence-based practice and person-centered treatment modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and more.

 

I work from a collaborative and strengths-based approach. I believe in assisting and supporting clients to live the kind of life they envision for themselves. My mission is to ensure everyone has access to the support and resources they need to live healthy and satisfying lives.
