Maddie Mansfield, LPCC-CO (She/Her)

I am a dedicated counselor who practices with a person-centered lens, utilizing mindfulness practices and embracing holistic treatment perspectives. I firmly believe that each individual possesses the inherent capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Incorporating mindfulness practices will help cultivate present-moment awareness and develop a compassionate understanding of ourselves. My primary focus is on fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, as I consider it to be the cornerstone of effective counseling.

I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will encourage you to delve into the depths of your emotions and thoughts, ultimately guiding you towards finding your own solutions and making choices that align with your values and aspirations.

I am committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where you can feel challenged, validated, and supported. Together, we will collaboratively explore your concerns, set meaningful goals, and work towards creating positive change in your life. I hope to empower you on your journey towards self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation.
