Mandy Sutton, Behavioral Health Case Manager (She/Her)
I am a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Case Manager with a strong commitment to helping my clients achieve their personal goals and overcome challenges. Originally from Georgia, I made the move to Colorado in 2020, bringing with me a deep passion for supporting others.
I hold an associate’s degree in psychology and have gained valuable experience over the past eight years working in Human Resources. This role allowed me to develop crucial skills in communication, problem-solving, and understanding the unique needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds. I’m currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Counseling and Applied Psychological Science at Arizona State University, which continues to deepen my expertise and knowledge in behavioral health.
My mission is to help my clients succeed by ensuring they have access to the best services and treatment plans available for their recovery. I take a client-centered approach and work diligently to support individuals on their journey to well-being, creating a positive and empowering environment where they can grow.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, hiking through the beautiful Colorado landscapes, singing karaoke, and cheering on my favorite soccer teams. My dedication to my family and community helps me be a more empathetic and supportive advocate for my clients.
Mission Statement: My goal is to help individuals achieve their fullest potential by providing them with the care and support they need to recover and thrive. Every person deserves the best possible chance at success, and I am honored to be part of that journey.
