Sal Hines, LPC-CO (She/Her)
As a therapist dedicated to supporting our community, I provide a safe, affirming, and compassionate space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, chronic health conditions, and non-epileptic seizures (NES).
My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing the deep connection between mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being. I believe healing happens when individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to embrace their authentic selves. Together, we work to identify strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am committed to meeting clients where they are, honoring their unique identities and experiences while fostering growth, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, managing ongoing stress, processing loss, or seeking greater balance and fulfillment, I strive to provide a supportive environment where you can feel accepted, valued, and understood.
My goal is to help clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others while cultivating the confidence and tools needed to thrive in all areas of life.
