Therapy
Sessions scheduled individually with your therapist to work on concerns you have.

Couples
Therapy
Sessions scheduled with a couple (married, dating, friends, parent/child) to focus on varying perspectives within the relationship.

Family
Therapy
Sessions scheduled with families to clarify the different experiences within the family unit.
4.
Group
Therapy
Weekly sessions scheduled for approximately 10 weeks to target coping with a specific issue (like grief, anxiety, depression, etc...).
Our Approach
We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques (MBSR), Eclectic Therapy, and Compassion based treatment modalities to work through your life's circumstances. We also come from strengths based and person centered approaches to tackle the situations you might be facing.
